How we work

It starts with a conversation about the site, the programme and the timing, and whether the practice is the right one for the job.

A written proposal follows, set out by phase, with a projected fee for each phase. Time is recorded against it and billed as the agreement sets out. A change of scope is agreed in writing, with its fee, before the work on it begins. The terms of each project are those of its written agreement.

A team is formed for each project. Depending on the project and the country, the practice works as architect, or as design architect with a local architect of record, together with interior designers and the engineers the building needs.
